Meet your Instructor

Candace Johnson born and raised in Selma. She has an avid dance history starting with dancing for 5 years for Meadowview Christian School, was awarded UDA all star dancer in 1998. Then in college she was an AUM Senator Sensation from  2000-2002. She then became dance coach, sponsor and competition judge off and on since 1999.   

Degree in Mass communications Public Realtions from AUM.  She has made her career in Tourism and Community Development and Communications. 

Come join Candace for Dance Cardio every Tuesday at 6 pm with songs you know from the radio for 60 minutes of calorie blasting cardio.  Class can be modified for all levels of intensity.  Come dance away the stress of life and invest in YOU!
